Each year, MWAA makes a donation to a local charitable organization.
The MWAA is proud to once again select the Chicago Chapter of Blessings in a Backpack.
Who is Blessings in a Backpack?
Blessings in a Backpack is a nationwide organization with a mission to provide food on the weekends for school-aged children who might otherwise go hungry.
No child should go home on Friday and wonder when they’ll eat again.

Along with our donation, we are encouraging our attendees and sponsors to support this important and amazing organization.
Together we can help Blessings continue to feed the growing number of food-insecure children in Chicagoland, which is currently around 600,000.
