Explain the strengths that you possess that would be of particular benefit to MWAA through service on the Advisory Board (e.g. leadership experience, areas of specialty, government affairs activity, etc.).

Describe any current or previous Board or Advisory Board experience with for- or not-for-profit organizations and your role in that regard.

In your view, what are the biggest challenges facing the payments and acquiring industry, and how will you help MWAA to address them?

Service as a MWAA advisory board member does require a time commitment, but not as significant as a board member. As an advisory board member, you would be partnered with one or more board member(s) working on a specific area such as registration, marketing, sponsorship, technology, exhibit hall or agenda. The Advisory Board does participate in Board calls and one on-site meeting per year. The role is crucial to the success of the annual meeting and this group participates actively in planning and managing activities at the annual conference. As we come closer to the conference (typically in July), the call schedule is once per week and attendance from all board members is required. Keep in mind, typically, this is a training ground for participation on the Main Board and levels of interest and activity from Advisory Board members are considered when a Main Board seat opens.
